You superstitious loon
Yesterday, with the score at 267-4, I chatted with Homer for a bit, exulting in the good position India were in. As we talked four wickets fell. We agreed our chatting had caused the collapse and promptly clammed up. Today, as I put the last post up, Strauss was dismissed by Sreesanth.
Why does cricket tempt me with belief in superstition?

Its something you hang on o when you know deep down your team isn't good enough. This Indian team takes me back to the teams of the 80s and 90s. Good for a session or two...that's about it...
Gol: Well, this letting off the hook is certainly very, very familiar!
I had said 4-0 in England's favor ever since we sent a 3rd XI to the West Indies while our 1st XI played in the IPL.
I would love to be proven wrong. But it now looks 4-0 to me all right.
Frankly I don't think India deserves to win. Over at my blog I have been very critical and cynical since the Dominica Test strike on Day 5.
