Willow TV Fail
I do not have the patience to type up my latest set of complaints against the holders of the exclusive rights to stream cricket over the net in the US. Suffice it to say their spectacularly disorganized website and non-existent customer service is really, really trying me at the moment. All the gory details very soon. Some numbers should help: 5 emails to support; 0 replies.

Use cricketing.tv. It just works, and is only 10$ a month.
This is the second or third time you have threatened to khollo the pol of WillowTV. I'm curious.
So far, I've had really good luck getting responses from the Support team every time.
Samir, exclusive rights to stream cricket over the net does not equal exclusive ability to stream cricket over the net :-) I went the willow way and then gave up for exactly the same reason: zero responsiveness. I now have a stream that fell off the back of truck. The difference in image quality is significant but acceptable, and it works on my Mac, and it never goes down.
Ashwncharya: Welcome to the blog and thanks for the pointer. I might have to switch if this crap continues..
JQ: I'm mystified, especially because I know the owner and have even written to him personally! Since you have their ear, can you ask them why they aren't replying to Samir Chopra? :) More seriously, can you tell them their reputation is taking a hit, and not just from me?
JK: Good to know I'm not alone in my misery ;) The pity of it all is that I really enjoyed the WC through them, especially when streaming through my Roku box.
