It's going to be tough. Of all the people, probably twenty or so I have talked to about cricket around here, only three or four people (who aren't from abroad) don't think the sport is completely retarded. And a couple of them spent time abroad and don't really count.
Interesting.. As one of the founding members of cricket at Penn State University (it was around in the 60's and 70's but went down the tubes due to lack of interest) and we brought it back in 2003. We organized nets, raised money, got some support from the Univ and played summer tournaments in Washington DC and NJ.. good times. We sustained it for 4 years and its defunct again! There's gotta be a way.
